OK, I need some ideas. I'm thinking about getting a small boat that I can throw in the truck and hit the small ponds and lakes with. I'm leaning toward the plastic water scamp type. I've looked at 10ft. aluminum boats, and the little one-man pontoon rafts. The rafts are out, because there's not enough room on them for everything that I'll be carrying. The 10 footers are going to be a little harder to load and unload. And the 8 ft. scamp will slide right into the back of my Suburban with no fuss.
Which or what do ya'll suggest on this?
