So Bassmaster.com featured this Mystery Tackle box website and my first thoughts were immediately it's an advertising scam. $15 a month you get a box that has "more than $15 of baits".
Obviously that's not possible.
So I watched a few You Tube unboxings (props to the teenage bassers doing them but PLEASE try to bring the video length down!) and it was exactly what I thought it was. One $5 to $10 bait, and a bunch of promo soft plastics. It's reminded me of the BASS gift packs of yore. I also tried to view their older boxes on their website which requires you to sign up for a news letter. I did it, and it still won't let me see them.
It's not a bad idea in the sense you get to try new things, but I just don't think it's worth the $15. Anyone getting these boxes?
