August here in the 1000 Islands NY/Canada has been pretty hot. Reports say fishing has been off and not many biggins being caught on the river and lakes. Been a tough season for me so far and taking this weekend off. Our Mystery Site starts the second half of the tournament season off, been told it's a big lake with lots of 'slop'. Love it! Hope I do better.
