First, I know VERY little about boats. Looking for 1st Bass boat. I found an add on craigslist for a 93 Bass Cat first line reads "1993 bass car pantara 19 ft. 175 mercury w/bad waterpump impeller".
Is there any way to check out this motor? My thinking is can't be ran without working water pump.
