Spring fever is in full swing in Wisconsin and Minnesota, and the Cabela's stores in Green Bay, Owatonna and Rogers have invited nine All-Star Walleye School instructors for a sneak-peek panel discussion open to the general public. "This was such a huge success at the Owatonna store last spring," said Chip Leer, host of the school. "We tripled it and are bringing some serious walleye instruction and discussion to two additional locations."
