Pre-fished Caesar Creek Sunday 5/17/09 for the Buckeye Crappie Challenge.
It was cold for this time of year but we still had a good day. We caught several good fish in the 10" to 12" range. Water temp was 61 degrees and every fish was caught out of 8 to 9 feet of water spider rigging. We went through 6 dozen minnows in no time and left early.
Most fish were still full of eggs!!!! Should be a good tournament on May 30 when we return there for the tournament.
Crappie USA was there the day before and it only took 5.8# to win the semi pro division..... we had more than that...lol.
