A yearlong master development process was implemented at Shasta Lake Resorts LP in Lodi, Calif., to permanently consolidate their services and facilities, in accordance with the USDA Forest Service.
The resort's facilities include Jones Valley Marina, first acquired in 1989, and the Lakeview and Sugarloaf marinas. This merging will allow Jones Valley Resort on Shasta Lake to offer 85 houseboats to rent, including their 65-foot Titan, and create 300 slips for private vessel owners. During the planning stage, Lakeview will be non-operational and Sugarloaf will offer reduced marina services, while Jones Valley will be fully functional.

Shasta Lake Resorts also operates at New Melones Lake Marina and Barrett Cove Marina on Lake McClure.
