As man of you have been following, I recently acquired a '94 Champion 204DCX (pics in different thread). In thinking about spring, and being one to never leave well enough alone, I'm thinking about first mod to do on it. I believe a plate would be a good choice, and so the question for the Champ experts?
what would be the 'suggested setback' to run on that particular hull for the best improvement per dollar ratio?
it's got a Black 225 carby w/ standard LU on it, and I'm not trying to make a race boat, just I know (or think) a plate would be a big improvement.
