They are making popcorn again!
Any of y'all have a popcorn popper in your workplace? We do (a movie theatre style one), and somebody makes popcorn everyday. I can abstain from eating the normal popcorn but we have some guys that have perfected the Jalapeno "Hot Corn"
They start by heating up the butter (oil) in the popper and adding a little Louisianna/Tabasco and about 25 Jalepeno slices in it. They get it to boiling where the peppers are sauteying and then they add the popcorn. It pops all mixed up together with the end result, popcorm with slices of toasted (crunchy) jalepeno peppers in it. It is SO addicting and the smell burns the nostriles while cooking...
