BUFFALO N.Y. - Oct. 11 2012 - Ducks Unlimited has received approval to operate the New York In-Lieu Fee Program NY-ILFP to fulfill wetland mitigation requirements for parties authorized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to impact wetlands within the state of New York.
