Fountain Lady Trying to Sue

Many of you have probably seen the clip on you tube of the "Fountain Lady". This lady was texting while walking through the mall and was so wrapped up that she walked straight into a fountain and fell in. The security cameras caught this on tape and the security guards at the mall posted it on you tube where it became a viral hit. Now the lady is seeking to sue. I'd post the clip but it seems that many of the links have been disabled.

I think this lady is going to wish she just went quietly into the night because the public is going to pretty much hate her for trying to sue while texting herself into a fountain.
