ChampioNman or anyone with info on my problem: Got a 1987 Johnson GT150 model # J150SLTCUR. Last several times out i have to run for several minutes (5 or 6 mins) before the motor will open up & run normally. It acts as if not getting enough gas or running on 5 cyl instead of all 6. It will surge into full power for brief seconds then back off during those 5+ mins but when it finally kicks loose it runs fine. Wednesday i fished a spot for couple of hrs & our weather was a bit cooler so when i started up to change locations it jumped on plane, was running well then stuttered a few seconds before it opened up again & finished out the evening ok. Does this sound like a text book case of
