Ok picked up this tip today. If you have some hydrogen peroxide (3%) you can add it to the water in your livewells to provide fish with extra oxygen. The Hydrogen Peroxide has an extra oxygen atom that the water can release and it will help keep the fish alive if your livewell quits working. You can add one ounce of hydrogen peroxide with about 3 gallons of water so about 4 ounces for the average livewell. This would probably be useful if you are just recirculating the water on a long run. I saw this tip from Doug Hannon and figured I'd pass it on.
