Is there a reason for the pros and most anglers for that matter to choose Merc. and Yamaha over evinrude/johnson, Honda, Suzuki etc.? Alright! I know most of you love Mercs., but wouldn't make sense for the rookies or those who can not land good sponsors to try to fill this gap, personally if I run a company like honda or omc I would like to show my brand at the highest level. I'm sure it would turn heads if lets say Mike Iaconelli shows up with a honda 4 stroke for instance and gives interviews saying how dependable and quit they are, that he could sneaky right into his fishing spots unnoticeable, and lets face it they can't be all that slow, or are they? Alright guys go for it!
