Its crazy how big the fires burning today are , especially the one burning across the mountains of northern L.A. Its about 15 miles from me and all day we've pretty much had to stay insides if you went out your eyes would burn and throat would burn. Now its snowing ash all over. The amazing thing is that even though there's are 125 mile perimeter around only a few houses have been damaged and only a couple of injuries. The firefighters are amazing, especially the piolets. Its crazy watching them dive into flames many times the size of their craft and drop their load of water or retardant or the guys out in 109 heat digging line by hand through the mountains. Thank God for the firefighters.
