Well it looks like we may have round two in Libya with the no-fly zone. A similar thing happened back in the 80s when Ronnie Reagan disputed their claims in the open seas. I believe a couple of F-14's downed some Libyan migs and that was the end of that. Looks like we may have a repeat again of this scenario.
The whole darn middle east is literally falling apart. What is ironic is the Qadaffi is blaming the uprisings on Al Quaida. Not sure if this is accurate or not but it does make a mess of who to support. Meanwhile oil continues its rise, the market is falling again and this could be just the thing to kill the economic recovery and dump us into another recession. Time to turn off the news and go bass fishing while we still have fuel.
