My buddy was anchored down Saturday night 5/23/09 fishing for catfish at 11:00 pm. He was on Grand Lake St. Mary's, OH when an open bow boat traveling at full throttle ran completely over the middle of his New Triton less than 6 months old. He and his buddy survived but the driver of the open bow was later found dead after he was ejected upon impact. Mu buddy escaped with bruises only!!!! This says alot for Triton boats and serves as a reminder to us all.....you can do everything right but cannot rely on others. He had his bow and stern lights on and still got hit. I hear that the deceased driver was drinking...... what do you think?
