Its a nice chilly dawn for Christmas Eve here in southern Oklahoma. Saw my wife off to work (she works retail so shes not off today like I am 
) and fired up the smoker. Smoking a brisket and a 5lbs chunk of bologna for a nice bbq dinner with all the fixins later for the Christmas dinner for us and the kids here. tomorrow after we see what Santa left for the kids we will head to OKC to see my parents and Jenn's father's side of her family.
