Well I finally got news that I am going to be getting my boat back at the end of this week in running condition however it is far from being complete. As I posted over in the new member forum I bought this boat about 2 months ago from a friend's, dad's, friend haha I know, I know probably bad news but I feel I'll be able to make this a decent boat. Anyways the boat is a 1991 Tracker Nitro 160TF with a 60HP Evninrude 3 cylinder motor. It spent the last 2 years outside in Maryland neglected but has a solid transom and overall is very solid just needs some TLC. The boat shop is going to rebuild the carbs, over jetting them to gain what is lost from running ethanol and keep it from burning up, more importantly get it running, replace the steering cable, inspect and change fluid in the lower unit and change out the 3 blade stainless prop to a 4 blade aluminum since the river I run in is over-run by rocks and shallow parts. Once I get it back I have new carpet, new seats, new steering wheel, a fish finder, new trailer tires eventually and a few other small things to get finished up on her and then hopefully she will be good as new. I'll post the pics up of the last time I saw her and hopefully this weekend I will have the seats in and be able to get her out on the river to see how she runs! I'll keep this updated with the things I get done and how it all works out for me. I kind of lost enthusiasm since it was at the shop so long but now that I have a date that I will be picking it up my enthusiasm has returned and I can't wait for it to see water! BTW you may see this on another forum that I am on just as a disclaimer, since I know some people only frequent one or come to only like one. Hopefully I'll be able to gain helpful knowledge and help if any problems come up!

Pic of when I got her before I tore anything off that was rotten and bad.

ready for some carpet, a good fiberglass restore and wax, and seats!!

On the way home behind my Dakota!

A boat cover is also in the works once I get the carpet in haha.
