New batteries 31 series agm

I ve got a 24 volt system with these batteries .1 battery is done gone .Its a new batteries .Ill have to replace it .or both batteries .What would you do ?Replace the bad one or just replace both .Id have ti run a 5 hr drive to get them under warranty from the dealer i got the boat from ,So ill probably replace both and send them the bill.
