I think there should be a "sandbox etiquette" moderator. That person would be responsible for sandbox harmony. They would also post various articles on "Playing well together" "share your toys" and instruct on the "count to 10 technique". Being as I'm eminently qualified for this postion - I'd be tha' first ta' volunteer!
