what would you think if you were told to take it back to where you got it? what would you think if the company you were dealing with didn't even put up an e-mail or phone number listed on their site? This is how Rapala treats their customers, loyal customers! I own one of thrir electric knives and won't own another 1 or any other Normark product. I'm gonna go buy a el cheapo electric fillet knife and that way atleast i'll know what to expect. sorry bout the rant, but i dont have unlimited money, but i do have a 6 yr old and the 40 i spent on this knife is atleast a pair of tennies and 2 pair of shorts .i should have spent the 40 on her on her. Not that she's running around naked, but y'all get the idea
