Almost ready to refinance the house. Closing should be in 2 weeks which means I get to skip a house payment in November. Good excuse to do some serious lure shopping, including a Black Friday baitcaster combo special. Mortgage dropping $200 per month, including a cash out to pay off my and my wife's CC.
