The Next Evolution of Veritas – Abu Garcia Veritas Tournament Series
Abu Garcia is here with their next generation of the Veritas series of rods with the new Veritas Tournament Series of rods. These new tournament-level rods offer anglers increased strength and sensitivity, while still being lighter than previous models. The heart of the Veritas Tournament Series is the Abu Garcia 36-ton graphite blanks with proprietary Powerlux 200 resin technology. This increases the rods’ breaking strength while remaining ultra-thin and light in the angler’s hand. For added ergonomics, the grips are made of contoured EVA foam with a split grip design, and the ergonomic reel seat provides greater comfort for long days on the water. Now moving onto the guides, all the Veritas Tournament Series rods have a Robotically Optimized Casting System (ROCS) guide train to use technology to maximize casting distance even with lighter lures.
