The problem was in the wiring. About 1 1/2 inches in front of engine. where the wiring harness,cables,ect. are in the "tube" . Pulled off retainer, and rubber bushing that holds it going into engine, slid tube up and the wiring harness looked like its bending point was stressed.Peeled off some outer covering of main wiring harness to expose individual wires.......The blue "up" trim wire was broken and only making intermitent contact.....creating problem. Spliced wire and soldered together. When reassembling, left a little more "slack" in the tube. Thumbs up to those who thought it was in the wiring. Thanks again.
