Doing some safety checks on the wife's van before we pick Steve up from camp at LOZ.
Noticed tires looked a little low checked pressure it was 25lbs. the rating on side of tire says ( Cold 44Lbs.) but the manufacture label on the door jam of the van says 35lbs Frt. & Rear.
Question: Which one should you go by?????? If ya go by the manufacture's of 35lbs. the tires still look low after filling them to 35lbs. ( Did use two diff gauges to check) Just guessing the proper pressure should be what the vehicle's door jam states, but on boat trailers tires we go by the rating on the tire WHY???? Would someone explain this to me.
