Just got my new 728 hummingbird fish finder. apparently it is such a new model, that I am not able to find a trolling motor transducer for it. there is an adapter that is available. but I was wondering if the transom transducer would be as efficient as one that is specifically designed for trolling motor use. anyone have any ideas? with the transducer close at rear of the prop. would the prop. turbulence interfere with the sonar signal
