After a weekend away and having mud,dirt,fish blood etc, i have to wash the carpet down on the Basscat to get it clean again.Before i got my wet vac, my boat carpet would stay wet for over a week after washing it down and it was a real pain.Going over the wet carpet with the vacuum and sucking most of the water out of the carpet really made a big difference to how long it would take to dry.Now it's completely dry in around 3 day's and i find that the carpet's keeping that like new look.Plus knowing it's dry you dont have to worry about mold growing everywhere,also i read that dirt,sand and stuff is what wear's the carpet out the Quickest..???So there's alot of advantages in owning/using the wet vac,it's a win/win situation in owning one.Guy's if you dont own one ,do yourself's and your bassboat a favour and get one..!!!!
