I have a 1991 363v Ranger w 1991 150 hp Johnson Faststrike. The problem my horn comes on and I can only get half throttle on the starboard tank . I get full power on port tank and boat and motor runs fine. Drained tank on starboard side and put gas in truck ran fine .fill tank with gas no ethanol same problem switch to port tank and horn stop motor ran fine. suspect fuel line ??????

any ideas or solutions
