Its on a 87 Mako. Haven't checked the serial number to see what year. Has an oil tank in the boat and pumps the oil to a small tank in top of motor. Guy claims it was reworked last summer and only has about 25 hours. Seems to be leaking oil from above. Someone told me a plastic connector for hose cracked one day when he was out with this guy. Asked the guy about it and he did not remember. Said something about a relay or something that made the pump run the oil up to the motor. Anyone familiar with this engine? [I got it, along with other boats with the Kerr Lake house I bought last fall. ] Getting it ready to sell. Give me some info please. Thanks
