Well kind of, bought a 1999 mercury nitro rx6 i heard run and it sounded good, lower unit got a few scars but nothing to worry y naked eye, oh yeah the skeg is a little bent and seems like a dog took chunk from it. kind of took a gamble with this motor, but it's my nature to do things this way, hope I did a good deal and motor is good otherwise I'm gonna have two broken motors and I be fishing from sure this season. $2250 or motor, boat (19' check mate, with cracked transon and some soft glass up front) gonna trash it, and trailer with rollers, which needs some wiring, hopefully I be able to sell it, if not I convert it into an utlity trailer. motor is now in good hands to be checked and worked on. wish me luck
